DIP 
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can chili
1/4 c. onions, diced, optional
1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Corn chips or nacho chips

Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of an 8x8 inch microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle onions over cream cheese. Heat chili and pour over onions/cream cheese. Sprinkle cheese over top. Microwave on high about 2 minutes or until cheese melts. This can be heated in an oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Serve hot with corn or nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
