MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 15.
