CHICKEN DISH 
4 chicken breasts
2 tsp. salt
16 slices bread (cut off crust)
8 slices Old English cheese
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup (mix with 1/2 c. milk)

Cook chicken and salt until done. Grease 9x13 pan. Put bread in bottom, layer of sliced chicken, cheese and another layer of bread. Beat eggs with milk and pour over top. Melt butter, mix with corn flakes and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350, 1 1/2 hours in pan of water. Serve with mushroom sauce on the top.
