8 marshmallows
1 1/4 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. white syrup
2 egg whites

Cook syrup and egg whites in top of double boiler. Boil until light and thick, beating all the while. Add marshmallows and continue beating. Remove from heat and add vanilla and spread on cake.
