1 lg. onion 4 tbsp. oil 4 c. cubed raw potatoes 4 c. cooked beef Salt & pepper 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. hot water Chop onions fine. Cook onions and potatoes in large skillet until golden brown. Add meat, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, flour and water. (Leftover gravy from roast is very good for part of the liquid and thickening, if you have some.) Cover and simmer 15 minutes. |
