1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk, cinnamon, pecans and flour. Press on cookie sheet, brush with egg whites using pastry brush. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into strips while still hot.
