DEEP DISH BISCUIT PIZZA 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. buttermilk or country style biscuits
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tomato, sliced or chopped
4 oz. or 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Add tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer while preparing crust. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Arrange in pan; press over bottom and sides to form crust in a 10- inch pie plate.

Spoon hot meat mixture into crust. Place mushrooms over meat. Arrange tomato slices over top. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese over top of this. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
