SHORT-CUT PATE | |
1/2 lb. liverwurst, cut in 6 pieces 2 tbsp. dry white wine 1 tsp. dried minced onion 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves 1/4 c. butter, melted French bread, sliced or crackers In food processor combine all ingredients except bread and crackers. Process until smooth. Spoon into a small bowl or crock. Chill 30 minutes or overnight. Serve with French bread or crackers. |
