HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 or 3 lb. chicken
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. salad oil
1 can (#2 1/2) pineapple
3 lg. onions, sliced thick
1 c. celery, chunked
3 green peppers, chunked
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. ginger

Shake chicken in cornstarch and fry in oil. Mix all together. Cover and cook all day. May need more ginger, soy sauce and pineapple juice.
