CREAM CHEESE ICE BOX COOKIES 
2 cubes butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 c. flour

Mix the cream cheese and butter together. Mix in the flour gradually. Put in the refrigerator overnight. Roll out dough to a thin layer. Cut into 3 inch squares. Put 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite jam in the center of each. Pinch the 4 corners to the center. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
