CRANBERRY NUT ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped walnuts

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Let batter stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Test for doneness. Remove from pan; cool. Freezes well.
