BANANA BREAD 
1/2 lb. bananas (1 to 1 1/4 c.)
2 c. flour
1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of almond flavoring
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil plus 2 tbsp. oil
Dash of lemon flavoring

Mash bananas. Add sugar until thoroughly mixed. Add flour and mix 3 minutes. Add eggs. Combine milk, salt and baking soda in a small bowl, stir until dissolved. Add to banana mixture and combine. Add oil and flavorings. Pour into 1 large or 2 small greased pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
