VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can LeSueur peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Cook vegetables and drain. Add peas. Mix vegetables, onions, and celery in a casserole dish. Mix in soup and mayonnaise and part of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
