HAMBURGER ORIENTAL 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. oil
1 c. diced celery
2 med. onions, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 tsp. pepper

Fry meat in oil. Add celery and onions to hamburger. Then add raw rice and simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the remainings to hamburger. Put all in greased casserole. Add 1 can bean sprouts if desired. Bake in oven at 350 degrees. Covered for 30 minutes. Then uncovered for 30 minutes. Than put 1 can of chow mein noodles over top when ready to eat and serve.
