SESAME BAKED CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 c. non-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. flour
1 sm. clove garlic
1/4 tsp. Bell's seasoning
1/4 tsp. lemon Mrs. Dash
2 tsp. sesame seeds
Paprika

Mix yogurt, flour, minced garlic and seasonings. Spread over chicken breasts in oiled baking dish. Sprinkle sesame and paprika over. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
