SAUTEED QUAIL 
Quail
Butter
Chopped onion
Teriyaki sauce

Place birds in saute pan. Cover and saute in butter for 6 minutes at medium temperature. Then add chopped onion and brown for an additional 4 minutes with the lid still on the pan. During the last minute the birds are in the pan, uncover; pour in the teriyaki sauce, add garlic salt, if desired.
