TACO PIE 
1 can crescent rolls
12 oz. cooked ground round
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
6 oz. grated Mozzarella

Spray 9 x 11 inch pan with non-stick spray. Press rolls into pan. Mix ground round, onions, peppers and sauté. Add tomato paste, water and taco seasoning. Mix well, put 1/2 of meat mixture on crust, sprinkle with 1/2 cheese. Add remaining meat and top with remaining cheese. bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
