BEAN BURRITOS 
2 lbs. pinto beans
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. onion, chopped

Cover beans with water and add seasonings. Cook four hours. Adding water as needed to cover beans. Cook until soft and tender. Allow water to cook down to where it is just covering the beans. Mash the beans. Heat oil and fry beans 10 to 20 minutes before serving. Serve with shredded cheese, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, hot sauce and warm tortillas.
