FAST AND EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 can pie filling
10X sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; tilt pan, covering bottom and sides. Put cake mix, eggs and water in pan; stir with a spoon or fork until blended (about 2 minutes).

Spread batter evenly in pan. Spoon favorite pie filling onto batter. Using a fork, fold filling making a marbled effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool. Sift small amount of 10X sugar over the top. Use a knife to loosen cake sides of pan. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

Any favorite pie filling can be used (apple, cherry, lemon, blueberry, peach, etc.).
