DEE'S HENDERSON POTATO SALAD | |
8 med. white potatoes 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish 1 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. parsley, fresh (or 1/2 c. dried) 2 med. onions, finely chopped Boil potatoes in jacket until done. Peel and slice into 1/2 inch slices. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt. Set aside. Combine parsley and onion. In a large serving bowl, arrange a layer of potatoes and salt lightly. Cover with mayonnaise mixture. Follow iwth parsley mixture but do not stir. Serves 8 to 10. |
