SPICY SHRIMP 
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 lb. lg. shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tsp. chopped parsley

Stir in orange juice and orange rind; reduce heat. Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cover and continue cooking until sauce thickens. Garnish with parsley.
