TRADE-WINDS SALAD 
2 c. uncooked shell macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. cubed cooked chicken, turkey or ham
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, undrained
1/2 c. grapes or chopped apples
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni, drain. Rinse with cold water. Melt butter and brown sugar, add meat, cook until brown. Cool. Combine macaroni, meat, fruit and cheese. Reserve 2 tablespoons pineapple juice and add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Makes 6 servings.
