SUGARLESS OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. soft shortening
1 c. honey or molasses
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. rolled oats, (raw)
1 c. seedless raisins

Sift first five ingredients together into a bowl. Add shortening, sweetener, eggs and milk. Mix until smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets at once.
