VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can mushroom soup, diluted
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 jalapeno chili, chopped
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp,. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ginger
6 c. mixed vegetables
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine the soup, cheese, chili and seasonings and pour the mixture over the vegetables in a large casserole;. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Garnish with pimento and nuts.
