HOLIDAY COLESLAW 
2 c. shredded green cabbage
2 c. shredded red cabbage
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. red onion, slivered
1 unpeeled red apple, cored and finely chopped
2 tbsp. minced fresh dill leaves or 2 tsp. dill weed
6 tbsp. light mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. apple juice or cider
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in large plastic bag. Close tightly and shake well to blend. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
