FROZEN PINK SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sugar 4 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 can fruit cocktail, drained 1 pint whipping cream, whipped well red food color Thoroughly mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar together. Add marshmallows, pecans and fruit cocktail. Add desired amount of red food color to the whipped cream. Fold in colored whipped cream. Freeze in thin layer in serving dish. Cut into small squares before serving. Serve frozen or only partially thawed. (This was served on a restaurant buffet on Sundays.) |
