WHOLE MEAL STUFFED HAMBURGERS 
2 med. potatoes
2 med. carrots
1 med. onion
Green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Flour
Salt & pepper to taste

In grinder or food processor, grind potatoes, carrots, onion and green pepper.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Roll mixture into four or five large round balls. Roll in flour. Put in greased baking pan. Bake one hour at 350 degrees, turning once.
