WALDORF SALAD 
4 or 5 med. apples (4 c.)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Ground nutmeg (pinch)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. raisins (use seedless if possible)
1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style Dressing
1/2 c. whipping cream

Core and dice apples (4 cups). In large bowl sprinkle cut up apples with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add celery, grapes, walnuts and raisins.

DRESSING: In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, Home Style Dressing and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Whip cream to soft peaks, fold into dressing mixture, then spoon over the apple mixture. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Cover and chill.

To Serve: Fold dressing into fruit mixture. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
