15 saltine crackers, crushed fine
15 dates, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pecans
1 tsp. almond extract
3 egg whites

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold above ingredients into egg whites. Place in buttered pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
