CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can yellow whole kernel corn, drained
1 can yellow cream style corn
1 can tomatoes
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tbsp. bacon grease or butter

Combine ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish, mixing thoroughly. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring at least once during baking.
