YAKITORI MARINADE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Saki (or white wine)
1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger

Marinate for 24 hours. Cook at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Pour sauce over chicken 3 times. Brown before serving.
