RED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 fresh orange, unpeeled
1 c. sugar
1 apple
2 lg. stalks celery

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Set aside. Run cranberries and unpeeled orange through blender until all is ground up real good. Do a little at a time. Add sugar. Mix well. When Jello starts to thicken fold in cranberries and orange mixture. Chop apple and celery. Add to mixture. Put into mold or crystal bowl. Make day before meal is served.
