POULET DEN NORMANDIE 
1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chicken broth
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/4 c. green onion tops
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated cheese

Mix lightly the bread stuffing, melted butter and chicken broth. Spread 1/2 of mixture on bottom of 12 x 8 inch pan.

Mix together the chicken, salt, onion tops, onion and mayonnaise; spoon over bread mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 of bread mixture; beat eggs with milk and pour over casserole.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight 1 hour before baking, spread soup on top. Bake uncovered 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes. Serves 8. Cannot be frozen. Taste like chicken and dressing.
