SCALLOPED ASPARAGUS 
2 (15 oz.) cans asparagus (or 2 bunches fresh)
1 c. cheddar cheese
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
Paprika

Fill baking dish with a layer of asparagus, sliced eggs and cheese; repeat. Pour soup and milk mixture over top and then rest of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
