EASY GARDEN VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or sliced fresh cauliflower (may use 1 pkg. of frozen, thawed & drained, do not cook)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
