BEEF ROLL UPS 
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburg
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing mix
2 cans Heinz beef gravy

Mix dressing according to directions on box. Set aside to cool.

Place hamburg in bowl and mix with egg. Divide into 6 ($0.50) size balls. Place each ball on a sheet of wax paper and roll flat to 1/4" thick.

Place a dab of stuffing on flattened meat then using wax paper, roll meat jelly roll fashion and fasten with toothpick. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with gravy and bake 10 minutes until gravy is hot. Serve on rice bed with baked potatoes. Very filling main dish.
