BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 (1 1/2 - 2 lb.) flank steak
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream, room temp.
1/4 c. red wine
Freshly cooked noodles or rice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak lengthwise into thirds and then crosswise into 1/4" slices. Combine meat, onion soup mix and mushroom soup in 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour. Stir some of the sauce into the sour cream. Blend into the meat mixture. Spoon over the noodles or rice.
