PECAN TASSIES 
DOUGH:

5 c. flour
1 lb. butter
16 oz. cream cheese

FILLING:

4 eggs
3 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped nuts

Mix together all ingredients for dough and place into miniature cupcake pans to form a cup. Mix together filling ingredients. Fill each cup of dough with filling mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
