SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can salmon
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. onion, minced fine
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
3/4 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients except the pecans. Chill 2 or 3 hours. Roll in a ball and then roll in the nuts.
