HARRIET'S GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
11 c. ground green tomatoes
2 c. onion, chopped
4 c. green and red peppers
4 tbsp. pickling salt

Mix and drain overnight.

MAKE SYRUP OF:

6 c. sugar
3 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed

Pour over tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Can hot in pint jars. Keeps well.
