2 sticks butter + 1 stick butter (I use all butter)
1 (8 oz.) stick cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs or equal substitute
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon or orange extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Cream first 3 ingredients well. Beat eggs in slowly with extracts added. Combine flour with salt. Add to first mixture. Pour in loaf or round cake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
