FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
2 2/3 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Combine eggs and milk; beat well. Then add remaining ingredients; beat well. Pour through funnel in swirling motion into hot oil. Fry until golden brown, drain. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
