EASY GARDEN VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or fresh cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook broccoli or cauliflower until almost tender, about 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese in lightly greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients smooth. Pour over vegetables.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
