SNACK OYSTER CRACKERS 
1 lb. box oyster crackers
1 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. reduce calorie Ranch style dressing mix
1 1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Place crackers in 6 quart bowl; set aside. Combine oil, dressing mix, dill weed and lemon pepper; whip well. Pour over crackers; mix thoroughly. Spread on cookie sheet; bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour; stirring three times. Store in airtight container. Delicious as snack or great with soups.
