TURKEY & VEGGIES 
1 c. each shredded green cabbage & cauliflower
3/4 c. julienne cut carrots
1/2 c. canned ready to serve chicken broth
4 oz. precooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced 1/2" thick

In skillet combine cabbage, cauliflower, carrots and broth. Cover and cool, medium high heat until vegetables are tender crisp, 8-10 minutes. Add sausage and stir to combine. Cook until sausage is heated 3-4 minutes longer. 2 servings. 2 protein. 2 1/4 vegetables. 10 calories.
