HAM, PEAS, FETTUCINI | |
1 lb. fettucini, cooked and drained. In skillet melt 5 tablespoons butter, saute 1/4 lb. shallots, minced and 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms. Add 1 1/4 light cream, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, 1/4 lb. diced ham, cook about 1 minute. Over low heat, blend in fettucini, 1 cup Parmesan toss well. Place on platter and serve with additional Parmesan. |
