RUSSIAN CABBAGE 
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
5 slices bacon, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Can substitute 1 can of tomato soup for the tomato sauce. Can add cut up left over meat or chicken if you have it.
