HAWAIIAN DELIGHT DESSERT 
1 box Rosa Marina (#31)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 qt. Cool Whip

Drain fruit well. Combine juice, sugar, salt, flour and eggs. Cook until thickens. Let cool. Cook Rosa Marina until just done - cool. Combine Rosa Marina and sauce. Let stand in refrigerator overnight mixed with drained fruit and 1 quart of Cool Whip or more.
