SPRING LAYERED SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce
Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (blanched & cooled)
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. radishes
Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper

In large shallow casserole dish, layer each ingredient and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Spread with thick mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate.
