10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (rinse in hot water) 1 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped fresh cauliflower 1/4 c. diced green onion 1 c. chopped cashews 1/4 c. crisp crumbled bacon 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. Original or buttermilk HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 sm. clove garlic Mix vegetables, nuts and bacon. Toss with dressing mixture. Chill and serve. |
